2 students have access to all the Pilates apparatus.
3 students we work primarily on Towers, Chairs and Barrels along with props.

Clean grippy socks recommended.

In the case where you are the only participant signed up you may pay to upgrade to a private or reschedule to a time where a partner will share the session with you.

I’ve been practicing with Michiko for a long time and she makes sessions so fun and the time really flies. She understands people’s individual needs and is able to implement that into her private sessions. Definitely worth it especially if you’re trying to bring your practice to the next level!
