I educate & train your body to move more efficiently for all your daily pursuits whether you’re new to moving all the way to a seasoned athlete looking for a competitive edge. I've personally practiced Pilates since 2005 and have taught since 2016. I'm a fully qualified comprehensively trained Balanced Body Instructor. I like a collaborative approach to training and encourage feedback on what my students feel in their bodies.
