Classes will utilize a variety of Pilates apparatus like the Reformer, Towers, Chairs and Barrels along with props.

Clean grippy socks recommended.

In the case where you are the only participant signed up you may pay to upgrade to a private class ($80) or reschedule to another time slot.

Wonderful experience today! I have done pilates before but got scared that I was in over my head. Today there was totally different.
The one on one guidance was so great and I felt cared for!
I can see Michiko is very in tune with each student and has a deep understanding of pilates.

I’ve been practicing with Michiko for a long time and she makes sessions so fun and the time really flies. She understands people’s individual needs and is able to implement that into her private sessions. Definitely worth it especially if you’re trying to bring your practice to the next level!
